Discuss ideas with respect

Challenge claims, evidence, policies, and institutions without attacking, threatening, or harassing people. Discriminatory or degrading conduct is not permitted.

Contribute professionally

Keep posts relevant and substantive. Do not spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your authority or affiliation.

Cite and attribute

Credit sources and distinguish evidence from personal experience. Do not post material you lack permission to share.

Protect privacy

Do not disclose confidential, private, or sensitive information about another person. Share only the personal information needed for the discussion.

Reporting and moderation

Signed-in members may report a topic, comment, or reply privately. Moderators may hide, remove, restore, pin, or lock content and will record a reason. Reports are reviewed as context, not treated as automatic proof of a violation.
